If you are having trouble creating or managing a link, include:
- The short URL or alias involved.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- The browser and device type you were using.
- Any error message shown on the page.
Keep your private management URL to yourself. We will not ask you to send the management key by email.
Report a harmful or abusive link
To report phishing, malware, impersonation, illegal content, rights infringement, or another violation of our Terms & Conditions, email support@onlineurlshortener.com with the subject "Abuse report."
Include the complete short URL, the reason for the report, and any supporting context. Do not open a destination that you believe may be unsafe merely to collect more information.
Privacy and legal requests
For a privacy request, use the subject "Privacy request." For valid legal process or a rights-related notice, describe the authority for the request, identify the relevant URL, and provide reliable contact information.
